A quick bio about HusmanHagberg

• In the 90s, two successful businessmen named Lennart Hagberg and Mats Dahlström met in a boardroom at Mäklarsamfundets Stockholm Circle with passion for trade. Shortly after the meeting, they decided to collaborate in marketing and sales training, then they founded HusmanHagberg In 1997. It grew rapidly from just 4 offices to over 100 in Sweden and Spain. HusmanHagberg calls everywhere home.

Why is a learning management system important for your organization?

• We needed a platform to be integrated with our intranet to streamline HusmanHagberg’s internal communications; it became even more apparent during the pandemic as digital meetings/knowledge sharing was the only way to do so. An LMS/LXP made sense to do this part. After using Jahopp, we created more content in a fun and interactive way in different formats like articles, interviews, infographics, know-how and all other sorts which would have taken much longer if we created on our own.

How did you get to know about Jahopp?

• We did our research and had meetings with different providers. All had its pros and cons, but Jahopp ticked all the checkboxes we had. After trying their demo, we knew that’s the one for us. 

How did Jahopp KiP help you achieve your goals?

• After using Jahopp, we managed to save 22 % of the time spent for the people involved in the process. That has helped us improve our productivity by a huge margin. As a result, the company alongside our coworkers have a better understanding of the company goals, mission and vision which is very crucial for HusmanHagberg. It is not an easy thing to do if you have over 450 co-workers. 

What is the feature that you like the most about Jahopp KiP?

• There are plenty to like, for instance, Jahopp is deeply integrated with our intranet, that is one. Also that there are many modules that you can easily integrate with your platform. Jahopp KiP has been a great addition to our platform. It helped us cut the time spent creating and sharing content by a huge margin which increased our co-workers’ productivity. The consumption and completion rate of information has never been this high!

Are there any specific numbers that you want to share? Class engagement went up, efficiency, etc.

• After using Jahopp’s platform, the interaction on our intranet has increased with 37%. The employees more frequently consume articles and videos and engage with replys and likes.
